As part of AGA Obuasi mine’s 10 years socio- economic development plan, AGA’s commitment to sustain community development and economic diversification, the company has commissioned the Sanso piggrery production center to boost agricbussiness in Adansi and its enclaves.
Speaking with Mr Edmund Oduro who is the relation manager highlighted some of the benefits that will be gained from the initiative
He said AGA is committed to provide development and enhanced living conditions in its operations.
He said the cost of the facility is GH 1,494,168.03 and the cost of furnishing and support for veterinary services.
Hon MCE Hon Faustylove Appiah Kanin municipal chief executive was around to commission the project where she hammered on how we can maintain the facility.
Hon Faustylove Appiah Kanin said that obuasi municipal Assembly will laize with AGA for developmental projects in the municipality.
