Sayerano Police Shooting: Command accrue enough Information to commence Investigation 

The Western North Regional Police Command has commenced investigations into the recent shooting incident at Sefwi Sayerano in the Juaboso District, which claimed three lives and left two others injured.

 

The Regional Police Commander, DCOP Dr Francis Tsidi, led a delegation to the community to assess the situation and engage with affected families and community leaders.

 

During the visit, DCOP Dr Tsidi expressed his deepest condolences to the bereaved families and sympathised with the injured victims, assuring them of the Police Service’s commitment to ensuring justice is served.

 

Addressing residents, the Regional Commander disclosed that the Police had gathered sufficient information to begin a thorough investigation into the incident. He assured the public that all facts surrounding the shooting would be established through a fair and professional investigative process.

Speaking to the district chief executive, Alexander Adu Quist, said he will continue to engage with both the community and the police command to bring a lasting solution to the incident.

 

On his part, the Mmratehene of Sayerano, Kwaku Kaya, pleaded with the entire youth to remain calm and allow the police to continue with their investigations.
